False Imprisonment DefinedMusician Boy George was charged Tuesday with falsely imprisoning a 28-year-old man, British police said. The Sun newspaper reported in April that a Norwegian man, Auden Karlsen, 28, claimed he was chained and threatened at [Boy George's] London Flat where he had gone as a photo model.
When reached for comment, Mr. George responded, "What? I saw it in an American film. I was teaching him about the Bible and the blues. Just like Sam Jackson. I even bought him some cutoff shorts and a midriff. I was doing it for him. I was trying to rid him of that nasty black snake moan -- I had to exorcise the evil out of him. What? What's that? Oh, the rubber ball in his mouth? Oh ... ummm ... yeah. No comment."
