
"Desperate Housewives" cast members Teri Hatcher and Marcia Cross are seen here stuffing "FEED" bags which are purportedly to be used to
feed starving African children for one year. Which is great and all, don't get me wrong... But why are they giving the starving children Godiva chocolates and liqueur? I would think they would probably want things like grains, clean drinking water and fruits and vegetables -- you know, the basic components of sustaining human life. But what do I know about starving kids? I guess that's why I'm not a humanitarian like Teri Hatcher and Marcia Cross.
Feed: To provide an adequate supply of food for. Also, a charity started by the United Nations World Food Program to feed starving children in third world countries. Currently, no charity exists to feed starving "Desperate Housewives" actresses.
I'm not sure about the stack of cds, either. It would seem that the "starving African children" that these two are "sending food" to probably don't have electricity, let alone cd players.
Hell, when Ethiopia was in the grips of a terrible famine, the UN airlifted tons of rations that required water to consume. They neglected to provide the water needed and literally thousands died waiting around piles of food.
