Mel Gibson was seen at the "G'Day USA Hollywood Ashes & Aussie Picnic" this weekend clutching a copy of Say It Out Loud, which is apparently a gay cowboy "coming of age" type of story similar to Brokeback Mountain. Who knew the gay cowboy coming of age genre was so richly developed?

At any rate, I hope this can mean only one thing -- that Mel Gibson has decided to stop pussying around with all this period-sadomasochism bullshit, and give us the Brokeback we all really wanted: with full-on anal penetration. Oh, and I suppose he can still throw a little bit of S&M in there, too. Because what would a gay coming of age tale be without some nipple clamps and a car battery? Exactly.
