Cloverhurl

cloverfield.jpgCloverhurl: Verb.Inspired by the J.J. Abrams produced sci-fi film, Cloverfield, Cloverhurl refers the way shaky, hand-held camera work in certain movies can cause motion sickness, queasiness, and vomiting.

Cloverfield was the number one film over the weekend, racking up $41 million, making it the biggest January opening of all time. It was also balls-out awesome, but when I left the theater, I Cloverhurled in the trash can, in the car on the way home, and on the doorstep in front of my house. Those motherfuckers couldn't hold the camera steady for a single motherfucking second.

Exactly why I already know I have to wait for this to come out on DVD. Shaky-cam always makes me sick...and yet I can ride a roller-coaster with no problem!
