Not that I'd want to stick up for Lindsay Lohan, like
ever, in a million years... But the woman who was in the vehicle that Lindsay chased last July has
filed a civil suit claiming that the incident gave her emotional trauma, causing her a high paying job and thousands of dollars in therapy.
According to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court in late
December, Rice spent about $7,000 on medical bills, including a
therapist who charges $175 per visit, and lost her $60,000 per year job
because of the incident.
I'm sorry, but how much of a lowlife
opportunist wack-job do you have to be to insist that a 110 pound Lindsay Lohan traumatized you, even in her most coked up glory? I mean, if that's the case she probably would have lost the job anyway, due to the inevitable emotional distress of losing her car keys or getting her period.
But anyway -- jokes on her! Everyone knows Lohan is broke.
Opportunist: A person who exploits circumstances to gain immediate advantage rather than being guided by consistent principles or plans.
Yeah, she's really gorgeous. She's so hot.
That is a HARD 21.
1. Rice has a bigshot plaintiff's lawyer, so her case ain't that bad. 2. Lindsay either has car insurance or enough assets to pay, say, a $200,000 settlement or judgment.
